Job summary

The Pharmacy service and its team are fully-embedded into the wider clinical specialities, and this is reflected in the fact that we operate a seven-day clinical service across the two sites. You will gain experience of caring for patients in general medicine, general surgery, surgical specialties, elderly care and emergency medicine.

You will be a registered pharmacist with a positive and flexible approach, seeking clinically-focused practice and have the desire to develop clinical decision making and prescribing skills.

Trainee pharmacists are welcome to apply, including anyone who wishes to transfer into the Hospital sector.

Hours per week:

37.5 hours per week plus weekend and evening working. When a weekend is worked you will be allocated two rest days the following week.
