This is an exciting

GPs with specialist interest in Dermatology and a well-established,
experienced nurse led care delivery team.
Working with the
Community Dermatology Team, you will play a key role in driving improvements
and innovations in the management of patients with a range of skin conditions.
You will need to engage
with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to advise, support and educate,
developing your inter-personal and leadership skills.
The
successful applicant will have a passion for improving patient care, enjoy
project work and understand the importance of good communication and
evidence-based practice to improve patient safety, patient experience, and
clinical effectiveness.
Main duties of the job
Applicants
will be an expert practitioner, providing clinical support and advice to
healthcare professionals where necessary to assist them in the management of
dermatology conditions.
You
will also be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of specialist programmes of care.
Provide
direct, skilled, and individualised care for patients and their carers,
including clinic consultations and minor surgery intervention.
Act
as a role model and provide support, governance and ongoing professional
development within the team.
