Job summary

If you are a Registered Nurse and are keen to work in our Community Dermatology Team within the Community Nursing Directorate, then this is the post for you!

Working with the Community Dermatology Team, you will play a key role in driving improvements and innovations in the management of patients with a range of skin conditions, in particular eczema, psoriasis and skin lesions.

You will need to engage with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to advise, support and educate, developing your inter-personal and leadership skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join this established team and develop their clinical skills within this specialist field of nursing. Main duties of the job

As a Dermatology Staff Nurse, the post holder will be responsible for delivering a high quality nurse led service to patients requiring a range of treatments, including cryotherapy, administration of Adcortyl via the dermojet and providing education and support to those suffering from chronic skin conditions.

You will need to engage with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to advise, support and educate, developing your inter-personal and leadership skills.
