Job summary
In
an exciting new development, we are delighted to be in a position of expanding
our workforce and are looking to appoint a number of children and young
peoples mental health workers to be part of a PCN (Primary Care Network)
mental health service in South Tyneside.
This
includes looking for an individual who has the ability to provide a link
between this new PCN team and our existing Getting Help(Lifecycle) Service.
In
a new and innovative service model, the team is comprised of high and low
intensity Children and Young Peoples Mental Health (CYPMH) practitioners and
will work closely with our well-established South Tyneside Lifecycle Service.
This
multi-disciplinary team will deliver a range of interventions that identify
mental health difficulties at the earliest stage, and facilitate the provision
of services that promote resilience, and enable positive mental health.
If you are a skilled, experienced, enthusiastic and
highly motivated CYPMH practitioner and seeking an opportunity to play an
instrumental role developing innovative services for children, young people and
