Job summary

Are you an experienced Education Mental Health Practitioner looking for a new opportunity. As part of our wave 11 roll out we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic motivated individuals to our Sunderland Mental Health Support Service.

The MHST works across designated schools in Sunderland supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 to 18 years in providing low-intensity interventions, group work and whole school approach activities. We also offer training and advice and support.

If successful you will be based locally at the Hetton Centre but will work on a regular basis at designated schools and hubs across Sunderland
