Job summary
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide support to the Learning Disability Service. You will provide a comprehensive administration and clerical role which will include taking and processing referrals, answering telephones, diary management, typing and composing correspondence, minute taking and meeting planning amongst other duties (please refer to job description). We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a flexible and positive approach to work.
Main duties of the job
You must have good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, along with organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and to work on own initiative, and enthusiasm for contributing to the service provided by our team. You will have an NVQ III Business Administration (or relevant portfolio of evidence) knowledge and experience of a range of software packages with efficient keyboard skills. Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential.
