The Community Integrated team are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the Single point of Contact Team. The post holder will be the first point of contact, engaging with wide range of referrers, including health and social care professionals, patients and members of the public taking referrals via the telephone. They will work alongside the Clinical Team in ensuring patients receive a fast, first class service.

The post holder will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, hardworking and have flexible approach to work. The post holder will have flexible approach to work as there will be an expectation to cross cover across alternative SPOC sites where there is shortfalls.

Working Base: Various location, Grindon Lane Primary Care Centre/ Riverview Primary Care Centre/ Bunnyhill Primary Care Centre/ Houghton Primary Care Centre/Coalfields

Working Hours: 37.5 hours - 08.30-5.00pm Monday-Friday and X2 22.5 hours- Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday 08.30-5.00pm

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative service and support with Single Point of Access with the Sunderland Integrated Teams

Ensure accurate and timely updating and inputting of patient details, appointments and information into clinical record (EMIS).

Support the team through effective performance reporting and data management.

Responsible for collating data and producing relevant reports and graphs.

Provide analytical data to support research projects, audits and contract information

To provide a range of administration and clerical support including those resulting from telephone calls

Responsible for processing supplies orders and keeping an accurate record of expenditure
