Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join the existing Cardiac Rehabilitation service, in delivering comprehensive aftercare for patients following their cardiac event.
The job is for 27.5 hours
This will entail working across Poole and Bournemouth Hospitals.
Main duties of the job
Applicants should beexperienced in cardiac nursing as will be taking Cardiac Rehab classes and Rehab assessment clinics. They will be advising patients on life style, risk factors and activity following their cardiac event. They should be flexible to cover other staff holiday and sickness.
Own transport is essential as the successful candidate may need to drive to outreach locations if covering other sessions in the community.
