Job summary

We are looking for a reliable, hard working, trustworthy, team player to join our small but vital theatre admin team to support the work of theatres in UHD.

The role will be mainly based in the reception area at Poole Hospital providing reception duties and administrative support to the work of theatres and staff. There may be a requirement for you to occasionally work at RBH. We are currently going through transformation changes which is an exciting time for the theatre services across RBH and Poole Hospitals.

Please note this is not a patient facing role.

Base Location: Poole Hospital

Main duties of the job

The successful person will provide an efficient and effective service to the reception area and administrative support to the work of theatres and staff. You need to be reliable, hard working, trustworthy and approachable. The successful person will need to be a team player whilst also able to work independently and prioritise their workload.

We are looking for someone with good overall IT skills as this is an important part of the role and who pays attention to detail.
