CONSULTANT IN CLINICAL RADIOLOGY 1 POST (University Hospitals Dorset)
THE POST
This post is for a fixed term Consultant in Clinical Radiology with an interest in Paediatric Radiology. This post will support the delivery of high quality care along the entire diagnostic imaging pathway at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital.
Royal Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch hospitals recently merged to form the University Hospitals Dorset (UHD). This provides an exciting backdrop of change and the chance to help develop innovative services and new pathways.
A comprehensive clinical services review has determined that Royal Bournemouth hospital will become the main hospital for emergency care in East Dorset and planned care will be delivered from Poole hospital.
The post holder should be an enthusiastic, effective team player with a flexible approach who can embrace new ways of working and would be expected to take an active role in the development of Diagnostic imaging services at UHD. The trust is committed to a joint selection and recruitment process to help further the experience of patients within East Dorset.
