Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive service supporting the Non-Medical referrers process for the Trust. This will involve managing applications, arranging and minuting meetings, maintenance of spreadsheets and Qpulse data management.
Type letters, documents and record data as required by Radiology managers and other members of Department, i.e. Superintendent Radiographers, Nursing Staff etc. Filing of correspondence.
Always maintain confidentiality. Deal with confidential sensitive information about patients. Adhere to policies and statutory Health and Safety requirement of University Hospitals Dorset.
- Any other relevant duties that may be required and that are arranged by mutual agreement with the Directorate management team.
