Main duties of the job
This role requires an active UK NMC registration
Base Location: Poole
Interview Date: TBC
Lulworth ward is an Older Person's Continuing Care Services ward, working alongside Fayrewood and Ward 5. The ward is a nurse-led unit prominently caring for patients who do not meet the criteria to reside within an acute bed, continuing their hospital journey until their discharge.
The successful applicant will drive to continually improve patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience through implementation of the Trust's quality strategy.

Upon relocation of the role/service, excess mileage allowance / reimbursement will not apply, and any travel between the post holder's home and work base will be classified as a commute. Any other changes unrelated to this, will be handled in line with Trust/National terms and conditions.
