#TeamUHD are looking for a CAD technician to join our estates department.
You'll support the capital development team in producing and updating all layers of AS Built drawings for the trusts' estate. These drawings are used by fire services, engineers, architects as well as our in house maintenance team, it is crucial for these plans to be kept up to date in order to remain compliant.
You'll be professionally qualified (ONC/HNC/City & Guilds or equivalent) in one of the design, construction or surveying disciplines along with significant relevant experience.
You'll have sound understanding of the principles and legislation relating to maintenance and construction - building regulations, CDM, health and safety, building contracts, BREEAM, HTM, HBN to name a few. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and closely with fellow colleagues.
