Job summary

Are you interested in a career in administration in the NHS? Would you like to join and support a friendly, compassionate and hardworking Rheumatology Practitioner team.

Your main duties will include directing incoming telephone calls to the team, processing incoming emails and referrals to the team. You will also support the management of the prescriptions for patients. Furthermore part of the role will include the scheduling and arranging of appointments, alongside preparation for upcoming Practitioner clinics.

You will provide the link between the patients and service, and also other healthcare professionals to support the patient journey through the Rheumatology service.

The successful candidate will be expected to cross site work

Base Location: Christchurch
