Job summary
This post is part of our expansion of the medical workforce to provide a second middle grade tier (8 ST3-5 registrar/fellows and 8 ST 6-7 registrars/senior fellows) who will all provide in addition to daytime clinical service, out of hours resident on-call services. This expansion will allow us to comply with recent Ockenden and CQC recommendations.
Main duties of the job
The two hospitals of Bournemouth & Poole merged in October 2020. As the impact of the merger and the benefits of the sustainability & transformation plan work through, there will be changes to timetables and rotas.
