Build meaningful therapeutic relationships during times of crisis
-
Use positive engagement, DBT- and CBT-informed approaches alongside medication to promote recovery
-
Carry out dynamic risk assessments and support safe, least restrictive practice
-
Act as a named nurse, coordinating care plans that are truly co-produced
-
Champion both mental and physical health wellbeing
-
Support patients to regain independence, structure and confidence
This is an excellent area to begin your career and each year, we welcome a number of newly qualified nurses to our team and support them in developing their skills and confidence as a nurse.
This is also an exciting opportunity for nurses working in other settings who would like to utilise and apply their skills in a specialist environment, caring for people with a wide variety of presenting problems and needs.
About us
You'll need strong clinical skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. In return, you'll gain experience that will significantly enhance your professional confidence and career progression.
