The closing date is 13 November 2025

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Dorset Healthcare to work for the Anticoagulation service in the West Dorset Locality within the anticoagulation service.

The aim of our service is to provide high quality anticoagulation care closer to patients homes in a variety of community settings. We deliver a 'one-stop shop' to determine patients INRs, via a finger prick test, warfarin dose and next appointment. Our specialist anticoagulation nurses and support staff aim to provide education and support regarding anticoagulation to increase patients understanding and safety whilst on this treatment.
