Job summary
Due to Maternity leave an opportunity has arisen to come and work within the Integrated Community Rehabilitation team in Bridport. The team administrator is often a patients first point of contact with the service. As a result we are looking for the successful candidate to be friendly, professional and able to work under pressure. Previous experience of SystmOne is beneficial but not essential.
This post is 37.5 hours per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.

Main duties of the job
To assist the team by providing clinical and administrative support services.
To ensure the provision of an effective and efficient administrative support including dealing with telephone enquiries, relatives, carers, GPs, Social Workers and other agencies, maintaining good communications between staff members of the Trust and outside representatives using own initiative and managing own workload.
