Our highly regarded Dorset Steps to Wellbeing services are recruiting Bank Therapists to support and expand our core CBT teams.
We are looking for candidates with energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of skills and experience. All Bank therapists will work as part of a team and receive regular clinical supervision. The successful candidates will offer a blend of face to face and remote therapy. The amount of remote working can be negotiated.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
Main duties of the job
You will provide one to one and group high intensity CBT within a stepped care model for adults with common mental health problems, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders.
Good administrative, time management and communication skills are also essential. Experience of working within the NHS or similar organisation is highly desirable.
