Job summary

The Trust are looking for flexible, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to support the delivery and implementation of the Trust Outpatient Electronic Prescribing System (CLEO SOLO) during the Go-Live period.

There will be a 12 month roll out period through all the Trust's outpatient clinics which requires repeated deployments to new services during this time.

The post holder will be required to travel around Dorset for the duration of this post so the ability to drive and provide own vehicle is essential. There will be a requirement to regularly move between sites and occasionally at unsocial hours.

Extensive travel is required for this post and physical effort including a combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required for long periods.

This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.

Main duties of the job

To provide support and training in the use of CLEO SOLO during implementation and following Go-Live for prescribers.

To support the best use of information technology.

Help to problem solve and to assist with enquiries/issues/outcomes in relation to CLEO SOLO

To provide support and coaching in the use of CLEO SOLO during implementation and following Go-Live for prescribers.

To assist in the deployment of medicines and pharmacy technology in line with Trust strategy, and national guidance.

To support the best use of Information Technology.

Help to problem solve issues, and to direct and cascade enquiries/issues/outcomes in relation to the CLEO SOLO system.
