If so, we need you to join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Service.
Dorset's Mental Health Rehabilitation Service has undergone a recent review and subsequently has had significant investment and modernisation. The service is now comprised of 2 inpatient units and 2 community teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your ability, whilst continually improving services, with excellent openings for personal and professional development whilst actively promoting the development and implementation of evidence based practice.

Main duties of the job
This full-time post will be based at Nightingale House, a 13 bedded mixed community rehabilitation unit.
You will be required to provide a high standard of Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention and evaluation for people living with complex mental health problems.
You will be supporting people to achieve their goals and gain the skills and confidence needed to live as independently as possible.
You will be pivotal in a person's discharge planning; supporting people to hold hope and making aspirations a reality.
You will be supported by an STR Worker and the wider inpatient MDT.
