Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 RMN join to the Wimborne Adult Community Mental Health Team based at Oakley Bungalow, Merley.

The post is permanent and is a full time post.

The post holder will act as an integral member of the CMHT holding their own caseload and participating in assessments, multidisciplinary team meeting discussions and duty work.

Main duties of the job

The primary role responsibility is being a dedicated mental health professional for a caseload of patients with whom you'll provide person centred targeted support to assist in aiding their holistic recovery. You will be focusing on the severely mentally ill, providing high quality care and treatment in conjunction with other professionals through the Trust's agreed multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment/ care programmes. You will need to be able to apply the philosophies of engagement and recovery in your work with service users.
