An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and forward thinking nurse to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The post is based at Alderney Hospital

The successful applicant will be an experienced Registered Nurse that has a genuine interest to develop their career. The individual should be passionate about providing a high standard of care to their patients. You should be highly patient focused, motivated, flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to learn new skills.

You will be an effective role model and be involved in helping to develop all aspects of the ward whilst delivering high quality clinical care.

We are committed to improving the patient experience, creating an environment where patients feel safe, cared for and confident in treatment they receive.

In return we can also offer you:

Dedicated career pathways and great opportunities for continuing professional development

An excellent preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses and the chance to further your career in a nurse led environment

You will receive a comprehensive and structured induction programme and training

monthly pay plus enhancements for night, weekend and bank holiday working
