This advert is hosted by Dorset HealthCare on behalf of the Dorset Integrated Care System (ICS).

Are you an aspiring Nursing Associate?

A Registered Nursing Associate (RNA) is a standalone and regulated role, bridging the gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses.

You will assist registered nursing staff and other healthcare professionals providing high quality care for a clearly defined group of patients, relatives and carers within a variety of healthcare settings for people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, cultures and beliefs across all health and care settings.

This apprenticeship programme provides the opportunity for you to gain hands on experience and earn a salary within a two-year programme leading to a Foundation degree.

We want people who have a passion and a desire to start or further develop their career in health and social care in Dorset and who demonstrate compassion, commitment, and respect in line with the NHS Our People Promise as well as flexibility to work across more than one employer.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of should you be employed by Dorset Healthcare.
