Main duties of the job
You will manage the Integrated Urgent Care Services delivering quality and performance to the agreed contractual and Trust standards and be responsible for the delivery and performance of quality management frameworks.
You will put in place monitoring systems to enable regular tracking of performance and quality across the portfolio of services, ensuring early warning systems are in place to flag potential performance and quality exceptions before they become a threat to the delivery of targets and that systems are in place to collect appropriate data and related financial information.
Providing information and reports to enable contract monitoring whilst analysing highly complex data and information relating to service area comparing a range of options to monitor, manage and improve performance.
