Job summary

The Procurement Department of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is in the position to offer a position of Material Management and Logistics Team Leader on our Heatherwood Hospital. This position will ideally suite an individual that possess extensive knowledge and experience of the Trusts Inventory Management system.

The Trust is implementing a Inventory Management System to complement the Scan4Safety programme. You will work closely with the Assistant Supply Chain Manager and as part of small dedicated team stock controlling and replenishing clinical consumables. Being responsible for the roll out and ongoing administration of the system.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate

An understanding of stock control and information services
Describe previous supply chain experiences
Experience of data gathering and analytics
Have experience of managing/supervising a small team
Demonstrate a clear knowledge and experience of the Omnicel Inventory Management system solution
