Job summary

This is an exciting position working with the medical education team based in the PGEC on the Frimley park site.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who has experience of working in a team environment and enjoys helping and supporting others.

Main duties of the job

  • To be a point of contact for our GP trainees/ locally employed doctors and IMTs.
  • Co-ordinate placements and rotations in collaboration with TPDs and medical HR
  • Co-ordinate teaching events including room bookings, creating attendance registers
  • Administration and monitoring of E-Portfolios
  • Plan, attend and minute Local Faculty Meetings (LFGs)
  • Allocation of education and clinical supervisors in collaboration with TPDs
  • Pastoral support to trainees with referral to senior tea
