Job summary
This is an exciting position working with the medical education team based in the PGEC on the Frimley park site.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who has experience of working in a team environment and enjoys helping and supporting others.
Main duties of the job
- To be a point of contact for our GP trainees/ locally employed doctors and IMTs.
- Co-ordinate placements and rotations in collaboration with TPDs and medical HR
- Co-ordinate teaching events including room bookings, creating attendance registers
- Administration and monitoring of E-Portfolios
- Plan, attend and minute Local Faculty Meetings (LFGs)
- Allocation of education and clinical supervisors in collaboration with TPDs
- Pastoral support to trainees with referral to senior tea
