Job summary
A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our Senior Leadership team in the Community, Older People's Medicine and Palliative Care Directorate here at Frimley Health. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Clinician to join us as our new Consultant Practitioner for our Urgent Community Response and Frailty Teams.
You will report to the Head of Nursing in the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote patient safety and good patient experiences across the acute wards. You will work alongside the Deputy Head of Nursing to support the delivery of our strategic quality ambitions within the Directorate.
The post is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinician to build upon and advance their leadership, clinical and managerial skills whilst being supported by the Divisional Head of Nursing, WPH Nurse Consultant for Frailty, other Clinical Matrons. Ward Sisters, Clinical Senior Nurses and Service Manager to deliver quality care.
