Joining our successful and well regarded management team as Associate Director of Medicine, this is a challenging and rewarding senior leadership position, playing a pivotal role in the continued development of our services.
With responsibility and accountability for planning, resourcing and delivery of financial and national performance metric including cancer, RTT, diagnostics, length of stay and non-elective care.
Working with an extensive, professional and dedicated multidisciplinary team you will be responsible and accountable for the safe and effective management of elective, non-elective care and ambulatory flows within the hospital.
Main duties of the job
Accountable for exemplary corporate leadership and governance of the directorate, dedicated to the delivery of healthcare services that meet quality standards, are value for money and are provided with professionalism, compassion, and care. Support the directors of operations and ensure the professional, high-quality day to day management of the directorate, including the achievement of performance targets and transformation of services.
