Job summary

G5 is a 23 bedded endocrinology ward. We support patients with endocrinological problems, alongside diabetic complications. Alongside the diabetic nurses we support patients newly diagnosed with diabetes alongside other acute medical conditions.

You will work alongside the medical doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, the patients and their relatives to ensure a safe and effective discharge for our patients. Our in house discharge coordinator helps nursing staff with the complex discharge processes.

Main duties of the job
