Medical Devices and Equipment Coordinator

Job summary

We are seeking to appoint Medical Devices and Equipment Coordinator. The post holder will work closely with Theatre and Medical Electronic (EME) staff to ensure that all medical and non-medical equipment is checked, faults and servicing etc is carried out.

Main duties of the job

You will need to be skilled and self-motivated; able to make decisions independently when necessary; educated to an appropriate education level in a suitable engineering/science subject with proven experience of working unsupervised on electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment and be able to demonstrate the desire to continue your professional development through internal and external training courses. Clinical experience and Knowledge of Peri-operative Medical Devices will also be desirable, but not a requirement.
