We are looking for an enthusiastic band 2 who is interested in working in Surgical Ward.
F8 Ward is a General Surgical ward with many specialities as Colorectal, Upper GI, Urology, Vascular and Emergency Surgery
You will have the opportunity to gain a great understanding in the care of a variety of acute patients. Key areas will include pre- and post-operative care, meeting rehab needs, post-operative pain management and establishing working relationships with the multidisciplinary team.
F8 is a great place to learn a whole new speciality as the unit features a completely specific patient dynamic. Because of this, you will build great working relationships within the teams.

Main duties of the job
As an integral member of the team, you will provide support to nursing, and medical staff in the direct provision of patient care.To provide a range of healthcare and non-nursing duties, ensuring an efficient and effective service to the ward and patients at all times.
