Job summary

To deliver the ambitions of the Frimley and BOB ICS' the integrated system analytics team have created an advanced shared care record and population health analytics platform that provides unprecedented clinical data sharing, detailed analytics insights into the needs and priorities of our population and the clinical services that support them.

This role will look to support the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) to realise the evidence led transformational culture across both the ICS and the local organisations (within the footprint) and develop needs and priority-based analytics solutions. You will influence the strategic solution development roadmap to ensure cross system alignment and drive adoption and utilisation across all ICS partner organisations.

Working as part of the wider cross ICS Digital team this role is an integral component of the delivery of integrated digital transformation solutions that drive whole system change and the Frimley Health & Care ICS and BOB ICS requires a strong and experienced leader to support this work stream.

The position is based at Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot but will be predominately home based and requiring regular travel across the Frimley and BOB ICS geographies.

Main duties of the job

  • As a senior member of the ICS' team, you will be working with Executives and Managers across the BOB ICS organisations to design and structure approaches and best practice, to be rolled out across the system.
  • You will support the ICS CIO and Director of System Transformation to develop the future of shared care records and analytics for the Frimley Health & Care System and partner Systems and support the System(s) to develop and implement their vision for data sharing and analytics.
  • Working across organisations in a highly fluid environment, you will need to be adaptable within your role, working closely with local and system teams and managing stakeholders concerns and expectations.
  • You will be expected to skilfully challenge senior members across organisations to drive evidence led behaviours and decisions in a manner that is both positive and drives enthusiasm.
  • You will work closely with the ICS ADs of Analytics/Shared Care Record and (and teams) to develop delivery plans, providing accurate and robust modelling on the impact and investment required to support the projects.
  • You will be comfortable operating in a highly political and sensitive environment, which is fluid and where the end goal or path may not always be clearly defined.

  • Develop best practice approaches for several areas, including approaches to modelling impact, investment and converting activity to true system costs and implementing these approaches across the system.
