Job summary

There are two Locum Consultant posts in Vascular Surgery. They are full-time, comprising 10 Programmed Activities (PAs). These posts are to cover two extended periods of leave but the service is also looking to expand.

To provide a full general and specialised vascular service, including elective and emergency surgery for the vascular network across Surrey, NE Hampshire and E Berkshire.

The post holders will be expected to provide a general, broad base of vascular and endo-vascular service. It is expected that the post holders will be active member of the local and network MDTs and will be expected to work at any of the spoke hospitals when required, where they will receive honorary contracts.
