Job summary
The Falls Prevention Team - Worthing is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist to reduce the incidence and consequences of falls across West Sussex. This post will form part of a dynamic team delivering specialist assessment and tailored rehabilitation programmes to those who have, or are at risk of falling.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with clients and their families alongside a range of services, both statutory and non statutory, to reduce falls and maximise health, wellbeing and independence.
When required the post holder will provide tailored training sessions to a range of audiences across statutory and non statutory agencies improving the prevention and management of falls across the whole system.
