We have an exciting new role that will enable you to develop your specialist nurse career within our West Sussex Community Diabetes Team, near to both the coast and beautiful countryside. It's an exciting, new, varied role that includes providing direct patient care in both clinic and domiciliary settings and facilitating health education groups.
Main duties of the job

You'll receive regular clinical supervision as well as support and guidance from the team as you develop your knowledge and skills as you work towards specialist diabetes nursing competencies within an agreed timeframe. We'll also provide training and support for you to confidently facilitate our established Type 2 Group Education programme so no previous experience of delivering groups is required.
