Main duties of the job
Salvington Lodgesupports semi-acute admissions for rehabilitation and palliative care and it takes a special sort of person to be able to provide that support to our patients. So we're looking for experienced Health and Care staff, ideally with an NVQ in Health and Social Care, to join our supported Intermediate Care Units.
In return for your care and experience we offer internal shift rotation including enhanced pay for weekends, Bank Holidays and night duties, as well as training and support including a full induction programme. Our work is supported by an on-site rehabilitation team and a wide variety of multidisciplinary team members who will all support your ongoing development and learning to enable you to give the best quality care to our patients.
