The Special Care Dental Service is part of a countywide service providing NHS Dental treatment to patients on referral. We have clinics across the county, operating Mondays to Fridays, 08:30am to 4:30pm.
Special Care Dental Services prides itself in providing an exceptional level of service to its service users and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who is able to work, learn and actively contribute within our team. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to providing the highest levels of service to customers.

Main duties of the job
Full Time (37.5 hours per week) contract applications are invited from dentists with an interest in Special Care Dentistry to join our motivated and committed team to provide comprehensive dental care for both adults and children with additional needs. The post is based at Morley Street Dental Clinic, Brighton, but will also include the provision of domiciliary care to patients in the coastal West Sussex area 2 days per week. The successful applicant will be responsible for the Paediatric General Anaesthetic extraction list that takes place at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital, Brighton on alternate weeks. Previous experience, full GDC registration and immediate eligibility for a performer number are essential.
