Job summary

We are recruiting Registered Nurses to our 22 bedded Intermediate Care Unit.

This unit provides nursing and therapy care to patients who have either had a stay in an acute hospital or may have been unwell at home and need support to avoid an acute hospital admission. We aim to support patients so they can return to their homes by ensuring their environment is safe and their abilities are optimised.

Main duties of the job

We also accept patients who require complex discharge planning, palliative and end of life care.

As this is a 24 hour service, internal rotation will be operating. Both full and part time hours will be considered.
