Job summary

Community Nursery Nurse

We currently have a vacancy forCommunity Nursery Nurses to join our the Healthy Child Programme5-19 (HCP).

There are several posts available across West Sussex.

Full and part time posts available as well as flexible working patterns including Term Time only or annualised hours.

We have a robust relocation package available for interested applicants for our substantive roles.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic early years' practitioners, preferably with experience of working with children and families experiencing a wide range of health and developmental needs. Experience in child development, parenting advice and an understanding of safeguarding and working with vulnerable families.

We are looking for a flexible, motivated and enthusiastic individual who can communicate effectively, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
