With appropriate complex care experience and a commitment to staff development, you will help to maintain a supportive environment for staff in our dynamic and busy units.

You will need to work unsocial hours including nights and weekends as required, and some of the role will be worked clinically supporting the children and young people directly.

There is ample on-site parking; a caf offering home style food with a daily changing menu; lots of outdoor space for outdoor activities and relaxing during a break; and a Children's Farm attached to the co-located Chailey Heritage Foundation.
