Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Clinical Services Manager for our two Minor Injury Units (in Bognor and Horsham) and the Urgent Treatment Centre & Clinical Assessment Unit in Crawley.
Our Minor Injury Units (MIUs) and the Urgent Treatment Centre & Clinical Assessment Unit (UTC/CAU) support patients from the initial assessment, through any required diagnostics to the treatment. Our services treat most injuries or illnesses that are urgent but not life threatening.
Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Services Manager you will not only be responsible for day-to-day operational management of the services, working alongside nursing and medical colleagues. You will also play an integral role in transforming and developing our three units. We want our MIUs and the UTC/CAU to meet the needs of local people and be fully compliant with the integrated urgent care standards.
Our units are busy services with varying demands and priorities. The successful applicant is expected to be flexible in their response to the changes and challenges, have the ability to prioritise their workload as requirement and work autonomously.
