Full time (37.5 hours) Permanent Flexible working pattern - Monday - Friday 8am 4pm

We are looking to appoint an Administration Supervisor who is an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative and line management support to a small team of administrators supporting our Podiatry Service. The post is based at Jenner House, Avon Way, Langley Park, Chippenham, SN15 1GG. However there will be a requirement to also sometimes work from Chippenham & Trowbridge Community Hospitals (travel expenses will be paid for all non-base site visits)

The Podiatry Service provides a comprehensive range of specialist and general clinical interventions. This includes health education and promotion and the effective triage, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot problems.

You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure. Previous line management experience is essential.
