Wilton Community Team
22.25 Hours per week - Permanent
Wilton Community Team are seeking a Community Nurse based out of Wilton Health Centre. Teams within Wiltshire Health & Care provide high quality, complex care in the community setting, which includes caring for some very vulnerable people often in extremely challenging environments.
Wiltshire Health & Care recognises that we need to deliver care closer to home, with the resources available, and be able to meet local needs.
Main duties of the job
Experience in
front line NHS community patient care is essential as is evidence of up-to-date
clinical professional development. Applicants need to have excellent clinical
skills, well developed communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
The role is demanding but rewarding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic,
motivated, and hardworking individual who can work flexibly and efficiently.
Wilton Community
Team is a busy Team caring for patients registered with a South Wiltshire GP.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside other members of the
Multidisciplinary Team such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists,
Assistant Practitioners and other Specialist Practitioners including Consultant
Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. Our Shift patterns are 7-3,
8.30-4.30 and 2-10pm.
