Job summary

Rehabilitation Support Worker - Band 3

Intensive Rehabilitation Service (South Locality)

30 Hours per week - Permanent

We are unable to offer overseas sponsorship for this role.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, to become an important member of our Intensive Rehabilitation Service based in the South near Salisbury. You should be a committed person with excellent communication skills, who has previous experience in the health or social care setting.

Main duties of the job

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical assistance and support to the team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and assistant practitioners. This role will include carrying out activities of daily living, exercise rehabilitation programmes and support with relevant equipment needs whilst always ensuring the highest standard of patient centred care. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent rehabilitation for patients in a bed-based rehabilitation setting.
