Neuro Physiotherapist - Band 6
South Wiltshire
20 Hours per week - Permanent
The integrated Community Neurology and Stroke Service at Wiltshire Health and Care are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to support the team in delivering rehabilitation to patients with neurological conditions.
This post may also appeal as a developmental post to someone who may have some neurological rehabilitation experience as a B5.
You will be working with a supportive multidisciplinary team comprising Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants and within the wider team working with a range of providers and disciplines.
The team see a variety of patient conditions providing varying stages of rehabilitation and maintenance input, including end of life support.
Main duties of the job
This role will be based in the community in South Wiltshire although a degree of flexibility will be required depending on service demands.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated and experienced therapists. As well as receiving regular supervision, there is a regular programme of inservice learning, peer support and opportunities for service development.
We can be flexible about working pattern.
A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential.
