Learning and Development Partner - Band 7
Permanent - Part Time - 0.88 WTE -Hours 30-33 per week.
Based at Warminster Community Hospital
Are you a L&D professional with substantial
experience of working at a senior level in a large, complex, multi-sited
organisation? Do you have knowledge of the current L&D agenda in the
NHS and how this supports service delivery, including apprenticeships and
leadership development? Do you have experience of managing an online learning
platform?
Main duties of the job
If so the education and training team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic L&D specialist who would like to support our organisation as we look to implement the recommendations of the NHS Longterm Workforce Plan, whilst looking after the population of Wiltshire and beyond.

- Analytical and numerate, with the ability to understand and interpret trends from data.
- The ability to deliver against a series of tight and changing deadlines.
- To be an advocate for WHC values and associated behaviours and actively coach managers and leaders in reflecting them in practice providing challenge where necessary.
