We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator to provide administrative support for our Integrated Community Teams based across North Wiltshire, covering Malmesbury, Marlborough, Chippenham, Calne and Corsham. The role will require the successful candidate to work across different team sites as well as some home working.

This role will provide support to the Community Service Manager and involve supporting the Administrators across the Community Teams. In addition, this crucial role includes day-to-day operational troubleshooting and requires a solution-focused approach.

The successful candidate will be supported and managed by the Community Service manager, whom they will work closely with to embed and sustain processes and procedure across Community Teams and manage administrative functions to support effective patient care/delivery.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Specialist Services Administration Leadership Team, to help provide a positive and efficient administration support service.

The post-holder will need good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive can do attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability in a changing environment. Applicants must be comfortable working in a busy environment and be able to perform effectively whilst dealing with interruptions.

  • To have worked previously in a medical, health or social care environment
