We are pleased to share that we have vacancies for two new, experienced, BSE accredited and RCCP registered, Cardiac Physiologists to join our Community Cardiology team.
We aim to appoint professionals with a keen interest in echocardiography, who have the ambition to take the next step in advancing their career to become echocardiogram experts, able to provide the highest quality technical imagery, and those who have the enthusiasm to help shape the Community Cardiac Diagnostic model across Wiltshire.
We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time positions and applications from those wishing to work flexibly around their personal commitments. We will also consider developmental roles for the right candidate who had the potential to continue their development in the echocardiogram specialism, from band 7 through to band 8a.
The authentically friendly Community Cardiology Team consists of a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse Consultant, HFSNs, ACPs, Cardiac Physiologists and Assistant Practitioners. This diverse mix allows for a supportive and continually evolving developmental activities, centred around delivering individualised patient care to the highest quality.
Main duties of the job
With exciting developments in the establishment of Community Diagnostic Hubs in the near future, this role will provide system-wide exposure for the right candidate. The successful post holder will be expected to work closely with internal and external partners across the Community, within the Acute Hospital sector and with wider System colleagues, providing a truly integrated care service for patients across Wiltshire.
