Main duties of the job

The role involves working closely with senior individuals across Public Health Wales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a stakeholder analysis

  • Managing an up-to-date action log and tracking progress

  • Maintaining programme plans and gathering updates from internal and external projects

  • Providing programme support, including financial and procurement tasks

  • Supporting project management activities such as stakeholder mapping, maintaining RAID logs, and updating terms of reference for programme groups

  • Coordinating meetings and workshops, including agendas, papers, and contributors

  • Accurately recording discussions and clearly presenting outputs.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
